DAY-of planning PACKAGE
This package is for the Bride or Groom who has been planning their wedding since they were little. From your themed out Pinterest boards to your custom stamps, you’ve got a vision and a plan. We’re here to make it all unfold just as you envisioned.
This package includes:
- One meeting up to 6 weeks prior to event date to review all plans, vendor contracts and event specifics
- Evaluate all wedding logistics to ensure that nothing is overlooked
- Develop a detailed timeline and schedule for all vendors and wedding party
- Final venue walk through with client
- Full access via email or phone the week of your wedding
- Contact and coordinating of all vendors including final confirmations and act as the point person on your big day
- Run dress rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
- Set up of personal decor for your ceremony and reception, providing those detailed finishing touches
- Coordinate vendors, bridal party, family and guests to ensure a seamless timeline
- Distribute final vendor payments and gratuities
Partial Planning PACKAGE
Are you a Bride or Groom who has a vision for your day but lacks the organization or time to bring it all to life? We can help get it all in order and move you toward your dream wedding.
This package includes:
- All of the Day-Of Services
- Initial consultation to review your vision and identify your needs
- Access to our vendor list
- Full access via email or phone up to 6 months before your wedding
- Assistance with design elements
- Aid in creating a floor plan and seating chart
- Work with all vendors ahead of your event and provide assistance with vendor contracts
- Present for all final walk-throughs as necessary
